All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

We aim to deliver orders within:

  • Karachi: 2–3 business days
  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or order amounts.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available), so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service issues

Veloura Watches is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and assist you accordingly.
